This is an excellent treatise by the late Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Shaykh Bin Baaz (rahimahullah) covering the various Fiqh rulings of Purification, Prayer, and Fasting. The Shaykh starts with each topic and goes into a short synopsis of how the sick or handicapped person should perform their purification, prayer, and fast.

Then rulings presented by the people who are ill or handicapped are answered by the Shaykh. The book is small but filled with very important information. My dear brother Aboo ‘Abdillah (hafithahullah) sent me this wonderful book. By the grace of Allah al-Hujjah Publication has translated this book into English and they are currently working on publishing soon by the will of Allah.

I recommend this book because these are rulings that may affect you or someone you know. And since the children of Adam are prone to sickness and possibly becoming handicapped these rulings are a must to know.

I ask Allah to have mercy on our Shaykh, our father Ibn Baaz and to grant him the highest place in Jannah for his efforts in spreading Islam with the correct understanding.
