This book actually consists of two separate treatises one entitled: The Khawaarij & their Recurring Ideologies and the other being: The Islaamic Views Concerning: Terrorism, Bombings, Hijackings, & Other Modern-Day Crimes written by Shaykh ‘Abdul-Muhsin Aali-‘Ubaykaan (hafithahullah) known to be from the People of Knowledge in Saudi Arabia and of those who staunchly oppose the ideology of the modern-day Khawaarij.

The book was translated by my brother and dear friend Aboo az-Zubayr Abdur-Rahmaan Harrison al-Amreekee (baaraka Allahu feehi), a former student of the Islamic University of Muhammad Ibn Saud in Riyaadh, KSA. I was asked by the Maktabah at-Tarbiyyah to translate Appendix III: The One Who Kills Himself is Not Considered a Martyr (A Refutation of the Statements of the Ruwaybidhah Ibn Laadin) which is a section of the book {ad-Daamighatu limaqaalaatil-Maariqti du’aatut-Takfeeri wat-Tafjeeri Raddun ‘alaar-Ruwaybidhati Bin Laadin wa marji’iyyatit-Takfeeri: The Irrefutable Argument concerning the heretic doctrine of the callers to at-Takfeer (declaring believing Muslims as disbelievers) and at-Tafjeer (bombings).} written by the noble Shaykh Muhammad Moosa ibn ‘Abdillah ‘Alee ‘Abdil-‘Azeez (hafithahullah) which makes up pages 221 to 229.
