The issue of
wiping over the socks and shoes is a very important matter that all Muslims
should be familiar with. This small booklet derived from rulings given by
Shaykh Muhammad bin Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, covers
detailed instructions on this issue. There are twenty six questions and answers
transcribed and published by Madaar al-Watan, under the supervision of the
Shaykh Muhammad bin Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen Organization. I believe you can find a
free e-book copy of it on the Shaykh’s site. If anyone finds it, let me know
